Liberty English Education Centre (LEEC) is the Centre of English acitivity that established in 2004 in Dumai. Basically, we launch our Web is to provide and to facilitate what our students need related to their learning materials and also for you who concern in learning English. And we do hope they are able to share among them about their problems in achieving their goals and to express their creativity through English.

As an education centre, beside we offer some English programs based on our own standard and methods, we are ready to guide and to train the learners as well to overcome their problems in improving and in healing their English.
